Banya
The traditional sauna ritual in Slavic countries is called Banya. It dates back thousands of years and is a collective of specialist treatments, curated to boost overall health and wellness. The temperature of the banya is maintained between 60° and 80° Celsius, with humidity levels kept between 40% to 60% to create a soft and stress-free environment for the body to restore strength, health, energy and vitality.
The banya is composed of 3 areas – the steam room itself, as well as a wet area for contrasting procedures with showers and plunge pools, and finally a relaxation area for resting in between the steams, socializing, restoring hydration level.
Banya is about balance – it combines all 4 elements of nature: fire, earth, air, water, with our guest becoming the 5th element – man.

We only serve drinks and snacks that maintain water and electrolyte reserves during the treatment.
